Please note that the  «Fédération Québécoise des Clubs Quads » (FQCQ) wishes to let you know that the reciprocal agreement signed between Québec and Ontario has expired on October 31, 2009 and that it will not be renewed this year.

This agreement had for objectives to promote an interprovincial ATV trail system and to show its influence on tourism in order to obtain a tourism recognition at the federal government level. Given that many concerned ATV clubs expressed their displeasure with this agreement, the FQCQ has decided to end the agreement.

Please note that the reciprocal agreement between New-Brunswick and Québec remains in force. Your members can ride on trails in New-Brunswick while the members from affiliated ATV clubs from that province are also authorized to ride on Québec’s trails.
